Velmo One protects the data of the screens in your home. This website follows the same rule: it collects as little as possible.
Who is responsible

What this website collects
velmo.one uses no cookies, uses no analytics tools and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts, images and code are served by our own server. The only form is the waiting list, described below.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records for each request the IP address, the page requested, the date and time and the browser used. These logs keep the website running and protect it from abuse, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest; they are not used to profile anyone and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Velmo One updates
Velmo contacts velmo.one only when you sign in to the console with your username and password, or when you press «Check now», and only to ask for the list of published versions. It sends nothing about you, it does not say which version it has — it downloads the whole list and compares at home — and it can be switched off from the Device page. Requests for update files are not logged by our server.

The Contact us link takes you to the Alpha Omega Solutions website, aosol.cloud, which has its own privacy and cookie policy.
The waiting list
If you join the waiting list we keep your email, your language, the page you signed up from and your TV, if you write it. They are used only to tell you about the Kickstarter launch: besides the confirmation email, we write to you three times at most. The legal basis is your consent, given when you sign up and confirmed by email. The data stays on our server and no other service receives it; the emails are sent through the mail service of Aruba S.p.A. If you don't confirm within 7 days of the confirmation email, you're removed, and the whole list is deleted within 30 days of the end of the campaign. Every email has a link to leave: when you leave, your address is deleted and only an irreversible fingerprint of the email remains, so that we never write to you again; it is deleted with the list.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@aosol.cloud. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
